John Varvatos - The Clothes That Make The Man...and Dave Matthews

The work of designer John Varvatos has always had a special kinship with music - especially rock and roll - this is, after all, the man who bought New York's legendary rock venue CBGB and converted it into his company's now-iconic downtown flagship.  With his meteoric rise to fame, along came the discerning clientele.  

In honor of Varvatos' 10 year anniversary, the label's fall 2010 ad campaign features 39 musicians - including luminaries such as Lenny Kravitz, Slash, Iggy Pop, Alice Cooper, and ZZ Top - in an homage to The Beatles' "Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band." 

But, besides all this buzz, one should really invest in his clothing line.  I myself have two hoodies that are so soft and refined you wouldn't believe the feel.  With cool crisp designs, a rugged attitude, a refined hip look, John Varvatos is kicking ass and taking names.  Women go crazy for a sharped dressed man.
